Working with our partner Veolia, we collect thousands of tonnes of recycling and rubbish from over 400,000 households every week.
We know that recycling and waste collections are really important to our residents and our crews work hard to provide a good service. 99.9% of collections are completed on their scheduled day.

In addition to recycling and rubbish collections, our contract with Veolia also covers a range of neighbourhood services.
This includes street cleaning, graffiti and fly-tip removal, gully cleaning and winter gritting.

We operate six Household Reuse and Recycling Centres (HRRCs) across the SLWP region.
The sites allow residents to recycle and dispose of a wide range of items that are not included in the waste collection service.

We operate two Community Reuse Shops located at our Kimpton Park Way and Fishers Farm Household Reuse and Recycling Centres.
All items on sale have been donated at one of the six HRRCs in the SLWP region and a discount scheme is in place to help residents on low incomes or suffering financial hardship.
